The Lounge

The newly furnished cosy lounge has excellent views across Loch Leven and to the mountains beyond. The lounge provides games, maps, guides, books to help you plan your next day or just relax. There is also a small DVD library.

Bedrooms

The House has six bedrooms:

• Three double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities.
• Two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with private facilities, which is located two steps across a narrow hallway.
• One Family (Sleeps Max. 3 persons, one single bed and one double bed), with en-suite bathroom.

Each bedroom has been recently decorated and is comfortably furnished with good quality supportive firm beds. Each room has its own refreshments tray, clock/radio/alarm, colour TV with tele-text, DVD/CD players, reading material, hairdryer and toiletries. All rooms have individually controlled heating and all bathrooms have powerful showers. The family room has the largest bathroom with a bath and shower.

Dining Room

A spectacular view is offered from our spacious dining room, which can be enjoyed over breakfast.

We offer a full Scottish cooked breakfast using fresh local produce. Lighter cooked breakfasts are available like Kipper or scrambled egg on toast. We also offer a self service area with a selection of fresh fruit, cereals, home made yogurt, many fruit juices, Homemade fruit bread, various teas, fresh caffieterre coffee and we always cook (not microwave) a large pot of porridge each morning.

Packed Lunches

Packed lunches can be arranged at a cost of £3.00. These include triple sandwiches, cereal/energy bar, fruit, crisps and a drink. (flasks filled at no charge).
