Prices are based upon two adults sharing a double or twin room.

Unfortunately we do not have any single rooms. For single occupancy we therefore charge a room rate. Please call for a rate.

To Make A Reservation

Reservations will only be confirmed when we receive either a deposit cheque for the first nights stay or your credit card/switch card details. We will retain your card details to guarantee the reservation and payment of the deposit but will not debit the card. A room must not be considered reserved until our confirmation of the booking and deposit has been acknowledged.

You may pay your account on departure in pounds sterling by cash or credit/debit card. We do not make an additional charge for using a card to settle your bill.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy

If you cancel more than fourteen (14) days before the date of your stay, no charge is made. If you cancel fourteen (14) or less days before the date of your stay, PROVIDED THE ROOM IS LET, there will be no charge. If the room is not let the full deposit will be debited.

Insurance

We advise all guests to consider taking out insurance to cover the possibility that you may need to cancel your stay with us. Whilst we do not expect guests to pay for holidays they are unable to take, we are sure you will understand that neither can we afford the consequential loss of earnings that your cancellation may cause us.

Arrival

Your accommodation will be available to you from 3.30pm on your day of arrival unless otherwise arranged. Should you wish to arrive earlier to park or drop off luggage please let us know in advance.

Departure

Please be ready to leave by 10am on your day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Should you wish to leave luggage after departure please let us know in advance.
